**Job Description of People Lead**:
**What you will do**:
- Be the first line of support for employees, and focus on employee-facing activities, including People Programs, policies and benefits, contracting, team events, and being a supportive presence within HR team for employees at all levels.
- Manage entire employment journey from the pre-boarding to offboarding flow, including overseeing our HR systems, maintaining and organizing employee records as well as HR reporting, use critical thinking to identify root causes and continuously develop, improve, and automate people operations workflows and practices to enhance the employee experience.
- As KL site lead, coordinate and organize company events and regional/global offsites to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Serve as a people consultant and partner to employees at all levels regarding HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with labor regulations in all countries where Thoughtfull operates.
- Work cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, and other departments to integrate people solutions and execute complex people projects and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Mental health holds a profound mission and meaning to your heart.
- 7-10 years of experience in a progressive HR role as an People Lead or HR Manager preferably in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.; demonstrating the ability to design and improve operational processes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to effectively manage numerous concurrent projects and tasks based on analytical and decision-making abilities.
- A self-starter who takes initiative to lead and drive improvements (high-level ownership)
- Resilience to change, respect for different work styles and approaches, and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Preference for experience in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up in the APAC region.
