Most recently, we worked with Rockstar Games to bring the beloved western experience Red Dead Redemption and its horror companion Undead Nightmare together for the first time on the Nintendo Switch and modern PlayStation systems.
We are a global gaming company headquartered in the UK, with a dynamic and rapidly growing presence in Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia. Our passion for gaming drives us to create innovative and immersive experiences for gamers worldwide. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated People (HR) Manager to join our team in KL and support our growth journey.
As a People (HR) Manager at Double Eleven, you'll be pivotal in shaping our company culture and driving HR initiatives to support our talented team. Reporting directly to the UK Group People (HR) Manager, you'll oversee all HR functions in our KL studio, including employee relations, performance management, engagement and compliance with local employment laws. You'll also lead organisation-building initiatives, such as developing our wellbeing support framework.
We can support relocation within Malaysia and have a dedicated Operations team on standby to assist you and with every step to us.

**What You'll Be Doing**
**Strategic Partnership**:
- Collaborate with senior management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies to support them
- Provide strategic HR advice and counsel to business leaders
**Employee Lifecycle Management**:
- Oversee and support stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and ensure smooth transitions at each stage
**Employee Relations**:
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and employee grievances
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and collaboration
**Performance Management**:
- Support the implementation and management of performance management systems
- Guide managers in conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and developing employee improvement plans
**Employee Engagement**:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement and morale.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various initiatives and programs
**Change Management**:
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
- Assist in the development and execution of change management plans and strategies
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure alignment with business needs and market standards
- Provide input on salary reviews and benefit program enhancements
**HR Policy and Compliance**:
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of HR policies and procedures
**HR Information System (HRIS) Management**:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance and optimization of the HRIS
- Ensure data integrity, security and accuracy within the HRIS
**HR Metrics and Reporting**:
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and HR strategies
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management
**Diversity and Inclusion**:
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture
- Support programs and policies that enhance diversity within the organization
