DESIGNATION : Manager, People & Development
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Group HR in adapting and executing the HR strategy locally and (where assigned) regionally.
- Partner the business and support their people needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and strategies.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal audits
- Coordinate and manage all recruitment and selection activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Assist to conduct on pre-boarding and onboarding programme to newly hired employees.
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Serve as HR system admin and perform monthly payroll runs
- Ensure performance appraisals are carried out for every employee as per the Company policy and follow up on development needs if necessary.
- Any other ad hoc task as assigned by your reporting officer.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Human Resources and/or Business Administration.
- 5 - 6 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Good knowledge of the Local Employment Act.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
