As the People Ops Lead, you will be a critical link between our employees and the business unit. Your role involves driving talent acquisition, performance, and project management, fostering collaboration, and ensuring our HR strategies are as agile as our business. **What You Can Expect To Work On**:

- **Performance Management**:

- Develop and manage performance evaluation processes, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with leadership to align performance goals with overall business objectives.
- Implement feedback mechanisms and performance improvement plans.
- **Rewards and Compensation**:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to design and implement effective compensation and benefits programs.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead HR initiatives and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Implement and manage change management processes to facilitate seamless transitions within the organisation.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, department heads, and team leaders to understand their needs and collaborate on HR solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring HR strategies align with the company's business goals.
- Act as a mediator and provide guidance to resolve workplace conflicts and employee relations issues.
- Proactively address potential issues and promote a positive and collaborative work environment
- **Talent Acquisition**:

- Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Continuously improve and optimise the recruitment process.

**What You Need to Succeed**

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR generalist roles or a combination of specialised HR functions.
- **Adaptability**: Proven experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- **People management**: Experience in people management is an advantageous asset, highlighting your leadership skills and capacity to foster a collaborative work environment.
- **Rewards or performance management**:Experience in rewards or performance management is an added advantage, illustrating your ability to design and implement programs that recognize and enhance employee performance
- **Analytical**:Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to make data-informed decisions and address complex HR challenges effectively.
- **Learning Agility**: Stay current with HR best practices and industry trends, and adapt HR strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organisation and its employees.
