The Internship would be to explore the human resources division and how it relates to supporting business growth. You'd be exploring culture and strategy of the workforce and how actions lead to development of capability, capacity & culture.
Key Responsibilities:
In this Role:
- You will work with the two HR leaders in Malaysia- Understand Haleon’s interconnected format of the people team- Deliver one communications-based project- Deliver one culture-based project- Learn how and build a strategy proposal for an opportunity area
Learning Outcome:
- Understand how to connect business goals to people initiatives- Understand the various roles played by the people team- Gain an idea of you own career aspirations based on this experience- Effective professional communication- Improve presentation skills
