**Responsibilities**:
**Design and Develop Employee Engagement Initiatives**
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, Group Culture and various other departments to deliver meaningful and consistent employee experience at airasia MOVE across all countries of operations.
- Act as the custodian of the Allstar employee persona, ensuring alignment with our employer branding.
- Create and execute Internal Communications plans and utilise Workplace platform to keep airasia MOVE employees engaged & informed.

**Manage Employee Experience Frameworks**
- Oversee common employee experience frameworks and processes, including but not limited to onboarding experience, feedback mechanisms, growth and development programmes, and company events.
- Ensure the continuous relevance of onboarding processes and other employee experience elements.

**Surveys and Employee Sentiment Analysis**
- Design and execute surveys to gauge employee sentiment, including NPS and pulse surveys.
- Collaborate with country culture/HR heads to gather and analyse survey results, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

**Change Project Coordination**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate change projects related to Culture.

**Employee Wellbeing Initiatives**
- Spearhead and contribute to employee wellbeing initiatives, including the design and implementation of programmes that focus on physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain welfare programs that enhance the overall wellbeing of our employees.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Events Experience: Previous experience in planning and executing corporate events, fostering a sense of community and celebration within the organisation.
- Internal Communications: Proven ability to develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment with organisational goals.
- Have strong analytical abilities in order to accurately assess employees' needs, evaluate feedback, and translate those into actionable recommendations to improve the organisation's work environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.
- Strong attention to details with ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Good writing skills in English (any other language will be an advantage), as well as strong deck preparation skills.
- Energetic person with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess a passport & willing to travel for work (especially within Asean).
- Proficiency in Google Suite. Ability to utilise graphic design & video editing software is also an advantage.
