Role Purpose:
To provide functional support into the end-to-end processes related to Culture, Talent and Capability Development by ensuring the effective and efficient roll-out of the planned initiatives, serving as a key touchpoint providing timely feedback and resolutions, and delivery of value-added services in order to reinforce positive and sustainable outcomes in delighting people experience whilst enabling people to Connect, Grow and Succeed EVP pledge.

Talent & Development
- Provide support in the identification of relevant interventions, programmes & potential partners that would be best suited to meet the capability development objectives
- Analyse the Strategic Workforce Plan (SWP)'s capability development needs and propose initial design of training / development programs to address the identified needs.
- Primary administrator to HRDC / similar government-funded initiative's processes, policies, schemes and portal as to ensure optimal utilisation of value and benefits offered
- Measure the programme evaluation / effectiveness and provide initial recommendations on potential areas for improvements
- Conduct relevant analysis and reporting to keep track of planned interventions and KPI progress
- Research, initiate and maintain contact with the relevant external partners, institutions, professional bodies, agencies etc. that would help to further strengthen the culture agenda and capability development efforts, access to resources and other value added-services offered by those establishments that would help uplift PruBSN's overall development offerings.

Culture
- Provide supporting research and initial drafting of potential initiatives / programmes with guidance from line manager in order to explore relevant and useful options for consideration
- Serve as internal resource to facilitate the delivery of targeted culture initiatives / programs
- Measure the programme evaluation / effectiveness and provide initial recommendations on potential areas for improvementt

Administrative Support
- First point of contact in addressing employee's queries and providing initial advise on regular matters pertaining to the function
- Serve as liaison and reconnecting with people at various levels as to obtain relevant and timely feedback on the value of the initiatives / programmes and canvass for further suggestions that will help enrich the People Experience
