Sale Admin Assistant (URGENT)

**Responsibilities**:

- To perform all required administrative and data entry duties
- To process daily orders, prepare the invoice and related document.
- To update and maintain all listings (Specs and Price).
- To schedule daily deliveries.
- To perform all daily necessary ad hoc administrative work, including data entry.
- Check on the item/stock.

**Requirements**:

- SPM / Diploma / Degree / Professional Certificate
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa and Mandarin (advantage).
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Technical knowledge/experience in IT/PC is an added advantage.
- 5 working days per week (Mon-Fri)
- Working hrs (11am-8pm)
