Your role As a Sage People Specialist your role is pivotal in the implementation of our global Human Resource Management System (HRMS). You will be responsible in ensuring its effective management, administration, and continuous enhancement. You’ll automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department. Additionally, with your knowledge in Sage People framework, you’ll collect workforce data, analyse and interpret it to optimize HR strategies and processes through data-driven insight. Your contributions can help translating data into actionable strategies. This, in turn, will enable Deriv to excel in strategic workforce planning and make well-informed decisions with confidence. What you’ll do Managing the development, implementation and maintenance of the Sage People HRMS to more than 1300 employees across 20 offices for efficient HR management. Proactively monitor the HRMS for potential process enhancement and automation, while addressing and resolving any related issues Spearhead on HR digital transformation initiatives to create greater business value and improved employee experience. Collect, analyse, and interpret HR workforce data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, and benefits to transform raw numbers into insights. Utilise statistical techniques and tools to extract insights from workforce demographics, turnover patterns, engagement metrics, and performance indicators. Construct predictive models that envision the future of our workforce and guide areas like talent acquisition, succession planning, and organisational structure. Design dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate complex data into narratives that engage technical and non-technical audiences. Guide employees and people managers across the organisation on Sage People related matters. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned functions with third parties or other departments. What you have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR management, information technology, computer science, or a related discipline Proficiency working experience with Sage People software, with a proven track record of effectively managing and executing a minimum of one successful Sage People implementation. In-depth understanding of end-to-end Sage People project lifecycles. Experience in executing test scenarios and facilitating User Acceptance Testing processes. Understanding of wide array of HR business processes, encompassing various aspects such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, performance evaluation, training and development, compensation, and offboarding. Expertise in analysing performance metrics within Sage People framework and identifying areas of improvement.
