**Responsibility**

**(General)**
- Do bank reconcilation on end of month - HLBB/OCBC/RHB
- Updating petty cash everyday - release petty cash voucher
- Liaise with banker, customer and government bodies when it is necessary
- Prepare renewal Bank Guarantee / Levy custom
- Matching weight ticket for scrap and prepare K9
- Ensure intercompany billing done promptly
- Do reconcile for a few ledger especially related with intercompany transactions
- Do clerical clerk like photocopy or scanning documents
- Do Ad-hoc job as per required by Accountant
- **Account Payable (AP)**_
- Matching of vendors invoices, delivery order (DO), good received note (GRN) and purchase order (PO)
- Perform data entry into system - invoice, debit note, credit note, journal
- Checking and preparing payment for vendors
- Perform vendors reconciliation on every end month
- Ensure proper filling of documents and payment vouchers.
- **Account Receivable (AR)**_
- Updating payment received from customer
- Preparing debit note/ credit note to customer or intercompany
- Matching of invoice, delivery order (DO) and permit
- Perform data entry into system - invoice, debit note, credit note, journal
- Perform customers reconciliation on every end month
- Ensure proper filling of documents and receipt vouchers
- Prepare and send SOA to customer on 1st week every month

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting.
- Computer skills : Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software.

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gelang Patah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
