**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a Technical Director, you will be responsible for reviewing our processes, writing project reports, and identifying risks. You will also provide time and cost estimates, liaise with stakeholders, and help streamline our business operations to extrapolate maximum efficiency and productivity.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**:
1. Analysing project briefs to understand their goals and objectives.

2. Lead key projects, develop of De-oiled bleaching earth (DOBE) from waste to become material for fertilizer industry, bricks industry, road construction etc.

3. Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve the company existing products such as spent bleaching earth oil, refined oil, free fatty acid and study the potential of waste product such which is De-oiled bleaching earth (DOBE).

4. Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

5. Work alongside other company directors to develop overall business strategies and advise on technical progression, sharing performance updates and suggesting new areas of improvement

6. Act as a technical representative for the company when speaking with clients and any other external parties

7. Providing suggestions to enhance performance and reduce costs.

8. Assisting with hiring and training new employees.

9. Creating and updating work schedules, targets, and timelines.

10. Produce technical drawings and communicate with scene supervisors to determine the effectiveness of planned processes

11. Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation

12. Keep detailed and reliable records regarding warranties and licensing agreements

13. Writing reports and presenting findings to managers, stakeholders, and other interested parties.

14. Addressing performance issues and providing inspiration and encouragement.

15. Overseeing front-end and back-end development projects.

16. Monitoring internal systems for performance and reliability.

17. Working with management and production teams to determine potential requirements for projects.

18. Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

19. Ensuring compliance with security and legal requirements

**REQUIREMENT**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Business, or electrical engineering, master’s degree preferred.

2. Minimum five (5) years of experience in a management role.

3. Experience in manufacturing.

4. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

5. Effective organization, project management, and task management skills that include the ability to plan, prioritize, organize, gather facts, and exercise sound judgment in problem solving and decision making. Strong work ethic, task, and detail orientation.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas and information to people at all levels of the organization.

7. Effective leadership and people management skills. Ability to lead, manage, train and coach others and facilitate the transfer of knowledge. Willingness to provide and accept constructive feedback to further continuous improvement and development of people.

8. Attention to detail, delegation, and organisation.

9. Composure and ability to lead with confidence and calmness when faced with competing high-priority projects and difficult decisions

10. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

11. Able to travel up to 20% of the time.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

**Education**:
