**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Job Summary**:
This role is to lead and oversee supply chain projects to be implemented in APAC region, which includes but not limited to steering of project execution >€2M, controlling of project activities in the region, and provision of support if needed on country & local level - acting as docking-point and interface between COE and regions. This position requires strong leadership, project management skills, and technical expertise in asset and capex management.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Act as project leader for supply chain projects execution >€2M across APAC region, to establish project management methodologies and manage tools, budgets, and processes to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
- Supervise and provide guidance to support other projects execution
€2M.

**Others**:

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent project management skills, able to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Good command of English communication skills, fluency in Chinese would be considered a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with teams across different geographies.
- Must be flexible to travel when required to fulfill needs of the business.
