**Responsibilities**:
- Build productive, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to support proactively identify and attract high quality talent for assigned positions.
- Proactively recruit and hunt the best talent and network with active and passive talent pools.
- Be responsible for resourcing and the full spectrum of hiring for the company.
- Work closely with hiring managers/internal stakeholders on managing hiring timeline, requirements and expectations.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years of in-house or external recruitment experience.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment across entry level to mid-senior roles
- Deep knowledge of Malaysia’s talent market, skills and industry trends and a strong network. Regional exposure is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, committed and resilient as you will be working in a fast
- paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fast learning and goal driven.
- A growth mindset
- Strong sense of ownership and bias for action
- Attention to detail and effective prioritization skills
