**整體工作職能**
- 建立和管理授權服務提供者提供的技術服務並維護內部IT設備。
- 總結:- 售前、售後和內部 IT 支援。
**職責**
1. 提供內部外部銷售人員技術更新、產品培訓等售前支援活動。
2. 處理客戶投訴或任何重大事件,主要是售後支持
3.調查並解決客戶的問題,這些問題可能是複雜的,也可能是服務人員轉述的長期存在的問題。
4、為客戶提供有關公司產品的協助與建議。
5、制定公司客戶服務流程、政策和標準
6. 監控和評估外包服務提供者的持續技術能力以及對公司標準和策略的遵守情況
7. 管理內部IT設備,確保所有IT相關設備在正常運作狀態下運作
8. 核准採購電腦硬體和軟體,以確保專案符合公司的標準和策略
9. 每月向通路團隊提供備用耗材預測。
10. 與指定顧問聯絡以獲得SIRIM認證。
11. 參與國家經理和董事總經理指示的臨時專案或任務。
