**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:Lead and inspire a team of Commercial Sales Representatives, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure they consistently achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- **Paris Wholesale**: Oversee the Paris Wholesale channel, building strong relationships with key wholesale partners, negotiating terms, and ensuring the brand's presence in high-end boutiques and fashion retailers.
- **Business-to-Business Marketplace**:Develop and execute strategies to enhance business-to-business sales through dedicated platforms, identifying new opportunities for growth and fostering relationships with corporate clients.
- **Lifestyle Consignment**: Manage the consignment sales segment, coordinating with upscale lifestyle stores and boutiques to place Khoon Hooi products in strategic locations.
- **Online Retail**:Collaborate with the online retail team to optimize digital sales, leveraging e-commerce platforms to drive revenue and enhance customer engagement.
- **Retail and Trunk Shows**: Lead the offline retail and trunk show initiatives, coordinating with the team to ensure successful events, exceptional visual merchandising, and seamless customer interactions.
- **Online Shopify Sales**:Direct the online sales team focused on Shopify platforms, improving user experience, implementing digital marketing strategies, and maximizing conversion rates.
- **Strategy and Planning**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities that align with overall brand goals.
- **Performance Analysis**: Regularly analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting sales achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and exceeding targets, preferably in the luxury fashion or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of various sales channels, including wholesale, online retail, and offline retail.
- Experience with Shopify platforms and online sales optimization.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
