**What will your role be**:

- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in the company database and systems.
- Familiarity with data transfer and digitalising data.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies.
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Organise and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Assist with data cleanup and migration projects as needed.
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Adhere to data entry policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Who are we looking for**:

- Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in data entry or related field preferred.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with database management systems and data entry procedures.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
