**Job Title**:
Assistant Manager, Compliance

**Reports To**:
Manager Compliance, CSO

**Role Purpose**:
To support the Head CSO, Senior Manager and Manager Compliance in the effective implementation and monitoring compliance/quality assurance functions which include oversight auditing against relevant business units and external service providers to ensure conformance to regulatory requirements, IOSA standards and airline's Safety Management System Programme.

**Key Accountability**:

- Lead and perform Compliance Oversight Audits as per CSO Compliance Yearly Audit Programme to ensure MAB Departments, MAB Subsidiaries & External Services Providers in compliance and conformance to regulations, company procedures and best practices
- Monitor, track, conduct quality checks and reports on the audit reports and corrective actions taken by business units auditors through the CSIS audit management system. The responsibility also include assist the management of the periodic Compliance Review Meeting with Business Units which review MAG's audit program
- Facilitate and support Compliance/QA functions across all operational departments, sister companies which include assist the annual revision of compliance manual, monitor the recency of auditors' qualification and assist the implementation of compliance training programs for all of MAG's auditors
- Identifying safety and security hazards to aircraft operations by conducting the monthly above and below the wing inspection program at the ramp area. Ensuring closure of reported items and recommends process improvement to safety
- Support Safety Management System (SMS) activities by participating in the Safety Risk Assessment Committee as the relevant Business Unit coordinator for the purpose of assist and validate in the identification of safety risks and report to the periodic SRAC meeting

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Degree in any field
- Knowledge in Ground Operations, Engineering & Maintenance, Safety Management
- 3 years working experience in Auditing or Operational areas

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Good Planning, organisational, problem solving and analytical skills; Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Ability to communicate and speak with confidence with all level of stakeholders; Meticulous and having report writing skill
- IT competency, flexible and able to work independently on tight deadlines
- Good team player

**Key Challenges**:

- Supporting high quality auditing and identifying non conformity root causes and essuring effective corrective/preventive actions
- Supporting organisations effort in establishing trained and competent auditors including encouraging usage of data base and CSIS during compliance audits
- Supporting the organisation effort in Safety Management System (SMS) implementation through updated policies and procedures and successful of IOSA Renewal
