**Overview**

The Personal Assistant plays a key role in providing administrative support to the Executive Director’s daily operations and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the firm.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, which includes managing calendars, organising meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates
- Manage and organise key meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, prepare the reports and materials for meeting, conferences and presentations for the Executive Director
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director
- To manage critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other specifically assigned task

**Education and professional skills / knowledge**

**Experience & Education**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with at least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally gained in a professional practice environment

**Other skills**:

- Possess strong people management, interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of English
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Good Math skills for effectively communicating and handling numerical data
