We are looking for a Shipping and Admin Assistant, to be based at our office in Shah Alam, Section 16, Selangor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Shipping Executive to execute and handle export activity and documents including co-ordinating customers’ bookings with ship liner, negotiate freight charges, co-ordinate and work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.
- Handle issues arising in shipping and monitor inventory.
- Handle shipping documents including Bill of Lading, Packing List and Invoice
- Dealing with MITI/ Chamber Of Commerce.
- Efficiently responsive to customer’s requirement that related to shipment arrangement and ensure customer's requirement are met.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience as Shipping Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Able to communicate well in English and BM.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
