DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Main responsibilities:
1. Responsible for timely month-end, quarterly and year-end reports with accuracy.

2. Plan, coordinate and supervise staff in day-to-day transactions to ensure timely update unto system for reporting purposes.

3. Monitoring of ageing for both Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP) to ensure timely collections and settlements.

4. Ensure timely preparation of reports, reconciliations for all transactions in AR, AP and banking including completeness of General Ledger supporting schedules.

6. Treasury management involves preparing weekly and monthly cash flow reporting. Responsibility including the effective usage of funds via balancing timely placement of banking facilities and collection of receivables against the fixed repayments and payment to creditors

7. Ability to handle all banking related matters which includes implementing online banking facilities. Assist in sourcing of funding for new projects is also part of the requirement.

8. Treasury function would entail constant engagements with external bankers for financing and suppliers for payments arrangement, as well as communication with internal customers

9. Assist in the preparation of annual budget, variance analysis and conduct monthly budgetary review

10. Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, tax consultants as well as Custom officers on audits, secretarial, company taxation and GST/SST matters where needed.

11. Able to review, implement and improve Treasury function Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) according to changes is a requirement. This includes monitoring and highlight internal control incompliances to Company policies, SOP, system compliance and financial authorization.

12. People management, department administration and ad-hoc assignments.

2) Requirements:
i. Process a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or Professional Qualification (MICPA/CIMA/ACCA).

iii. At least 5 years working experiences in handling full set of accounting and well verse in financial reporting requirements.

iv. Having at least 3 years exposure in auditing position in public auditing firm is preferred.

v. Skilled in treasury management with proven records of handling funding and managing debts is imperative.

vi. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and computerize accounting system. Experience in Baan software accounting system is an advantage.

vii. Good in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to read and/or communicate in Mandarin/other languages is an advantage.

viii. A team player possessing good supervisory, planning, organizing and leadership skills. Individual is results oriented, highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM10,700.00 per month
