Food & Beverage Manager

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Walks all F&B front and back of the house areas on daily basis and update General Manager/Hotel Manager on any irregularities;
- Ensures consistency of quality, taste, presentation, temperature of beverage served in restaurant
- Assists to develop, modify, and maintain the F&B Operation Policy & Procedure Manual;
- Reviews F&B performance and provides recommendation to improve the F&B Operations and overall profitability;
- Maintains high standards of personal and staff appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards);
- Maintains an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of purchases, vouchering, schedules, forecasts,obtain all information available for upcoming year (occupancy, forecast, trends, reservations, festive periods, etc.) and tracking logs;
- Monitors monthly food and beverage inventory turnover.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years management experience as F&B Manager or Assistant F & B Manager;
- Experienced in integrated resort or international hotel chains;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook;
- English & Mandarin Language proficiency required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM901.99 - RM3,000.00 per month
