**Responsibilities**:

- To manage, train and equip the HR Executives and Assistants in trouble-shooting all HR related matters;
- Oversee and actively involve in the end-to-end monthly payroll processing; Attend to payroll enquiries and handle all discrepancies;
- Administer statutory deductions and payments, including EPF, PERKESO, IRB, ZAKAT and etc. To be the key person to deal with all government bodies and delegate tasks where necessary in relating to statutory matters;
- Responsible for Onboarding and Offboarding;
- Responsible for Recruitment and Manpower planning;
- Spearhead company policies, SOPs and procedures;
- Improve the processes in the Employee Handbook and ensure updates are done on a yearly basis;
- Support all internal and external HR audits ensuring deadlines are met and requests are responded timely and accurately;
- To attend meetings and suggest new plans for the HR Department and Company;
**Job Requirements**:

- Experienced in Shared Service is an added advantage
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management;
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field;
- Able to use SQL payroll system or others; Those without experience in any software will still be considered;
- Strong understanding of the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relation Act 1967;
- Positive attitude, hardworking, trustworthy, multitasker, matured and able to maintain confidentiality at all times;
- Resourceful, result-oriented, work well under pressure and committed to work long hours to deliver results;
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels;
- Ability to work independently and yet be a team player;
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Ensure that KPI and all tasks assigned and deliverables are completed as per the timeline; or earlier;

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
