HR Assistant

HR Assistant is responsible for a variety of Human Resources tasks and initiatives, including advising employees on People Management Effectiveness, coaching, corrective action issues and compliance initiatives.
This role will be assisting Head of Department in day-to day HR Operational and Administration including Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, employee data management and filing of documents.
Payroll Management
- Handling monthly payroll for clients, ensuring data accuracy and timely salary disbursement;
- Gathering, updating, processing and checking monthly client data for update;
- Handling more than one HR related software such as SQL payroll, leave management system and attendance system;
- Ensure consistent monthly submission of statutory contributions;
- Preparation of annual tax document i.e. EA Form, CP8D and Employer Form E;
- Liaise with clients on any payroll related issues; and
- Liaising with relevant government bodies to ensure adherence and compliance to the related laws and regulations.
Recruitment
- Process manpower requisition and ensure successful fulfilment of each vacancy within given time frame;
- Perform resume screening and arrange interview screening;
- Maintain professional and constructive relationship and networking with related institutions in ensuring talent pipeline; and
- Assist in data management and updating in HRMS.
HR Operation & Administration
- Handling HR related letters such as reference letter, confirmation, promotion, acceptance of resignation & etc;
- Monitoring employee leave administration and maintenance to ensure compliant to the Policy & Procedure;
- Administering unplanned leaves for analysis purpose on productivity, disciplinary and performance;
- Maintain professional and constructive working relationship with client and employee;
- Provide secretarial support in printing, document binding; and
- Assist in other HR related projects and adhoc tasks.

- Perform salary and benefits benchmarking for different industry;
REQUIREMENT
- Well verse of employment laws and HR best practices. Always maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations reflecting human resource functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance;
- Knowledge and experience in Payroll, Recruitment, HR Operation, HR Administration, Compensation & Benefit;
- Good interpersonal skills, punctual and effective oral and written communication both in Bahasa and English;
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field;
- Has the necessary skills and efficiency in handling monthly payroll (Payroll Management);
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills is an added value;
- Well verse in MS Office, MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Has a knowledge in SQL Payroll System, any other payroll system and HRMS.
