Handle both inbound and outbound phone conversations with customers to make sure they get all information and book for service.
- Relaying our service menu and campaigns information to customers.
- Monitoring social media for queries and answering within 10 minutes.
- Filing customer records, including contact information, service record.
- Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
- Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve any issues.
- Rerouting customer calls to other garage technical partners when advanced technical solutions are needed.
- Contacting post service feedback call to customers and collect their feedback and record.
- Maintaining and creating report of social media leads, how many contacted, how many leads have been converted to actual service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
