**Main Purpose of Job **:To manage the portfolio of health & poverty projects sector related to promoting better health accessibility & support economic empowerment for people.
**Responsibilities**:
Managing the **"We Care For You"**, **Hygiene Kit** and **Rezeki Ummat's** project (together with the marketing team and branches)
Looking for potential joint corporate projects or any cooperation partners that involve helping patients
Prepare project papers that have the potential to involve patient assistance
Manage and monitor the impact of "care for you" kit distribution at HQ and branches
Manage and monitor the impact of the Health Student Volunteer project
Co-creating accessible health resources alongside MyFundAction members with MyHeart health accessibility.
Designing and delivering training, in collaboration with co-trainers who have related with health accessibility.
Comply with all relevant MyFundAction & MyHeart policies, procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Children & Vulnerable Adults, and Confidentiality of Information.
Represent MyHeart positively in a variety of situations and respond professionally to general enquiries.
Keep records and report on outcomes of your work.
Keep up to date with current issues and good practice in the field of health accessibility.
Engage with support offered by colleagues and undertake training as required.
Undertake any other reasonable task relevant to the post that Healthcare managers may request.
**Education**:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Degree in Health Science, Bio Medical, Bio Science, Business, Administrative or a related field
**Work Experience**:
- Minimum One (1) year of experience in a healthcare, business, finance, or insurance related field.
- Knowledge of Medicare and third-party payer regulations and guidelines highly desired
**Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities**:
- Maintains current knowledge of medical modalities as well as new protocols established for patient populations.
- Solid understanding and knowledge of payer contractual requirements, registration workflows, and prior authorization requirements to ensure staff follow established procedures to maximize reimbursement and minimize write offs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with co-workers, leaders, clinical staff and the public.
- Must be detail oriented and accurate.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Displays an aptitude and willingness to learn new responsibilities.
- Willingly accepts feedback.
- Flexible and innovative.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- Displays a professional appearance.
Experience of managing relationships with a range of external stakeholders.
- Experience of promoting a product or service, and creating new business
opportunities.
- Methodical and well organised, with the ability to prioritise work effectively.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
