**Job Title: Talent Management (HR) Specialist**

**Location: Puchong, Selangor**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our team. The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees, including conducting background checks, verifying employment eligibility, and completing new hire paperwork.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures, benefits, and other employment-related issues.
- Assist with the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and making recommendations for resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data.
- Assist with HR-related compliance matters, including EPF reporting, Sosco, HRDF and other regulatory requirements.
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of [insert number of years] years of experience in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
