**What you will do**:

- Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvements
- Documentation: Document existing and new business processes, including workflows, procedures and policies
- Process Design: Develop and design optimized business processes that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, gain insights, and ensure buy-in for proposed process improvements
- Change Management: Implement changes to business processes, including training employees, communicating changes and managing resistance
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of new processes and identify areas for further optimization
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and refine business processes to adapt to changing business needs, technology advancements and industry trends

**How you will need to be**:

- Ability to have strong communication skills - able to influence, manage difficult conversations to ensure successful buy-ins from key stakeholders.
- Able to promote and drive innovation to achieve the cultural shift required to help the organization embrace a new innovation.
- Ability to multitask, work independently under pressure, able to adapt fast to constant changes.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in process improvements knowledge/ methods/ techniques and project management.
- Demonstrates strong strategy/ analytical/ critical thinking skills, ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- Must be able to embrace change, possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to efficiently balance multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, accountability, ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines and work independently with little to no oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in terms of being clear, concise, and professional with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
