JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the region.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement effective pricing and promotional strategies
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics
- To plan, lead, execute and monitor effectiveness of sales strategy and promotion plans by seeking new opportunity to expand

**; Requirements**: - Job Requirements
- At least 6 years of sales experience in Telco (A MUST)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Aggressive, result driven and outspoken, CAN DO IT attitude
- Exposure in SEA, APAC Telco industry is an added advantageous
- Good understanding and have exposure in all Data center in Klang Valley
- Have sound knowledge in MDEC and our regulatory department
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Knowledge of the latest sales and marketing techniques and tools
- Ability to travel as needed SG, Indonesia, HK, USA, Japan etc
- Well-connected with Telco business partners, knowledgeable in datacentre, cloud, software defined network (SDN, SDN-WAN), and network infrastructure. With some technical skills will be an added advantages.
