The HealthTech Executive is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and management of the company's healthcare technology initiatives. They play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to leverage technology to improve healthcare services, drive innovation, and achieve business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Support**:

- Assist in the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate patient appointments
- Ensure that all operational procedures are followed and that any issues are promptly addressed, including onboarding or setting up health kiosks.

**Patient Coordination**:

- Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.
- Ensure patients receive timely and accurate information regarding their appointments and treatments.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute operational reports and documentation as required.
- Assist in the management of healthcare supplies and inventory.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to improve service delivery.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, suggesting improvements as needed.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and other departments to ensure coordinated and efficient operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving healthcare service delivery and patient satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare operations or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
