Distributor Development Executive

Responsibilities:

- Identifying potential distributors, negotiating contracts, and establishing partnerships to expand the company's distribution network.
- Providing training and support to distributors on product knowledge and marketing strategies to maximize sales performance and market penetration.
- Monitoring distributor performance, sales activities, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, providing ongoing communication, support, and guidance to ensure alignment with company objectives and strategies.
- Collaborating with distributors to manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma and at least 2 years of working experience in a sales position, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Result-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
- Willing to travel and work outside of office hours if required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
