We're looking for customer agent to work with a leading International Bank Industry. The customer service agent is responsible for providing value-added service and administrative support through phone in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner for assigned sales divisions or external customers.

**Location**:Bukit Jalil

**Your responsibilities**:

- Customer Service Agent is represents the brand, the culture, and values of our clients
- Handle inbound customer calls quickly and effectively, and take help from phone banking officers where necessary
- Sign up customers for I-Banking
- Route calls through IVR where applicable
- Maintain contact records to reflect current information
- Requests and complaints Turn around
- Promote cross sell of all banking products
- Maintain accuracy of information given to customers
- Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with customer charter
- Ensure all sales pitches are made without any mis-selling

**Requirements**:

- Graduate / SPM with minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Minimum 1 - 7 years of experience in Customer Service Field
- Fluent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills in English (Level C2)
- Good Communication Skills is required
- Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens

- Dedicated, results oriented, positive minded individual striving for positive results
- Age range maximum 33

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
