Working hours : 9 Am to 6 PM

Temporary staff start date request : 15 April 2024

End date : 30 August 2024

Total assignment period: 4 months 15 day

Job Responsibilities:
**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Identify client needs for customer satisfaction.
- Communicate plans regularly using client tools.
- Provide feedback and periodic reports.

**Events Support**:

- Understand SLA and Master Services Agreement.
- Act as SPOC for local team.
- Manage events tool, book spaces, and coordinate setups.
- Handle issues on event days efficiently.
- Support various in-office events and programs.

**Culinary & Catering**:

- Manage onsite event caterers.

**Vendor Management**:

- Assist in vendor procurement and management.
- Maintain vendor register.

**Finance Management**:

- Assist in financial processes and purchase orders.
- Handle invoices and payments for vendors.

**Risk, Health & Safety Management**:

- Follow safety procedures and compliance.
- Report incidents as per established procedures.

**Site Operations Management**:

- Conduct site inspections and assessments.
- Maintain premises in good condition.

**Ad-Hoc**:
Assist with facilities events team when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/ Hospitality/ Facilities or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in Hospitality, Events Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
