Trainer Coordinator Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and implementation of Training courses and programs for external and internal customers.
- Provide administrative support prior to events and programs, including managing registration, logistics, meal and venue reservation.
- Maintain sufficient copies of training material e.g., company catalogue.
- Maintain accurate records of program participation and feedback.
- Prepare certificates of completion to training participants.
- Order and keep sufficient stock of training souvenirs.
- Capture the sales of company as per Service billing process.
- Submit required documents to HRD Corp as part of claim process.
- Keep company landing page up to date as per latest programs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that programs and events run smoothly. Inform trainers in advance to ensure availability.
- Participate in professional development opportunities provided by the organization to enhance personal growth and development.
- Support marketing coordination and basic administrative functions.
- Assist with the overall administrative tasks associated.

**Desired Qualification, Experience and Traits**:

- Certification, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in program management and/or administration.
- Passion for personal growth and development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience in event planning and social media marketing is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
