Qualification:
- Undergraduate or Fresh graduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English&Malay)
- Detail Oriented
- Time Management skills & good at following up
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibility/Task:
- Provide daily administrative support to the HR Operations team.
- Update new hire information & employee records accurately.
- Assist in pre-onboarding & post-onboarding processes.
- Actively participate and contribute creative ideas to HR Ops process enhancement and continuous improvements.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Benefit:
- RM700 monthly allowance
- Meals credit up to RM700 monthly
