- Reply to WhatsApp chats, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messages to answer any enquiries.
- Need to communicate with the manager on a daily basis for tasks (online).
- Must have a good attitude to reply to text messages.
- Fast response to new messages from leads.
- Storing or keying data accurately to the software system.
- Admin ad-hocs (printing attendance for class).

**Job Requirement**
- **Fluent in English and Chinese**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience is required (experience in the same industry would be an added advantage).
- Able to adapt with fast-paced working environment
- Fast learner (able to learn to use in-house system to handle leads)
- Assist the Operations Manager in the daily operations of the Company.
- Handling of office contact line.
- Ad-hoc ops duties.
- Implementing contingency flows in the case of an emergency.
- Assist with Bi-annual test operations.
- Preparing of Attendance for weekly classes.
- Ensure that all tasks and checks assigned to Supervisors are carried out smoothly.

Working Arrangement
- We are looking for Work Permit holder, preferably neighboring countries such as Malaysia.
- Working time: 9am to 6pm (may be adjusted according to schedule)
- Working days: Wednesday to Sunday
- Remote work and opportunity for On-Site Transition

**Summary of role requirements**:

- Flexible hours available
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Work visa can be provided for this role
- Expected start date for role: 1 March 2024
- Expected salary: SGD $800 - $1,000 per month

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
