DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure there are zero pending cases from the team leader and Telesales queues in CRM system
- Establish work priorities according to the urgency of the cases and liaise with agents to monitor the cases in database
- Guide, coach and managed inappropriate creation of cases by the agents
- Ensure relevant processes and procedures are adhered according to cases
- Monitor, suggest and continuously improving department’s processes and product awareness
- To implement and recommend elements that can contribute to the improvement of agents’ case escalations
- To submit the daily operations reporting to the client/internal management
- Assist to monitor/manage Real-Time agents’ call
- Ability to work extra hours if required
- To cross support the Operations within the team

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
