Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Tech Support Customer Service Representative fluent in Mandarin to join our dynamic team. As a Tech Support Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking customers seeking technical assistance. You will provide excellent customer service and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires exceptional communication skills in both Mandarin and English, as well as a strong technical background to address a wide range of customer concerns.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and other IT-related matters.
3. Identify and prioritize customer problems, assisting them in diagnosing issues and finding appropriate solutions.
4. Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the customer database to maintain an accurate record of each interaction.
5. Collaborate with other internal teams, including product development and engineering, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues faced by customers.
6. Follow established work processes and procedures, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
7. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge and technical developments to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer support process by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.

Qualifications:
1. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
2. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
3. Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
5. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical customers.
6. Patience, empathy, and excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think analytically.
8. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
