**Responsibilities**

We are looking for an experienced **HR cum Office Admin** to independently manage and run our Firm's HR and administration activities. This is both a strategic and very hands-on role. You will be tasked to:

- Responsible for all matters pertaining Human Resource (HR) such as recruitment, hiring, payroll including allowance, overtime payment and reimbursement.
- To handle industrial relations issue and employee relation issue.
- To handle and monitoring of documents for interview and hiring for new joiner is complete.
- Handle employee’s queries on all payroll related matters on prompt basis.
- To maintain and update all personal data of employees.
- Ensure employee welfare and benefits are administered in accordance with the term and conditions of employment.
- Supervise and monitor daily office operations
- Maintain and implement effective policies by setting up procedures and standards
- Oversee staffs’ adherence to the established policies
- Monitor and maintain efficient supplies inventory, ensuring equipment procurement, office IT systems & software are reviewed and approved accordingly to support staff performance
- Manage office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, and proper filing systems are designed and maintained
- Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations while adhering to legal aspects of resolving workplace disputes in a professional manner
- Completing and submitting various company registration forms and submissions
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of full-time working experience in the HR & Office Management is required
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to achieve company objectives, whilst balancing the needs of the company and staff
- Strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, initiative, proactive, responsible & self-motivated
- Computer literacy including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, and technology savvy
- Willing to work in Dutamas area
- Possess own transport

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
