**Responsibilities**:_
- Execution of established process with detailed work instructions.
- **Review and respond to accommodation and flight requests within allocated timeframes and operating procedures.**:

- Liaise with stakeholders to manage day to day operational requests, reporting and prioritize high priority requests.
- Prioritize voice of customer/vendor and meets relevant SLAs and follow escalation protocols.
- Continuous improvement mindset is front of mind by raising continuous improvement opportunities and solutions.
- Identify risks and escalates as per escalation protocols
- Prioritize demand and workflow requests and actions to meet customer needs and business outcomes.
- Providing accurate and timely data entry.
- **Qualifications/Requirements**:_
- Experience related for the role: Travel Administration, Customer Service, System Processing
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent English Communication (written and spoken) and build relationships.
- Multi-task to manage competing priorities within very tight timeframes.
- Basic Microsoft Excel Skills
- **Diploma graduate and above, with minim 1-2 years of experience**
- **Additional Information**:_
- **6 months contract basis role.**:

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
