Customer Service- Tenant Relationship

**Key responsibilities**:
- Create Tenancy Agreements: Draft, review, and execute tenancy agreements in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all lease documentation.
- Rental Collections from Tenants: Oversee the timely and accurate collection of rental payments from tenants. Implement and manage efficient rent payment systems.
- Follow up for Extended Tenancy: Proactively communicate with tenants to discuss lease renewal options. Facilitate the extension process, ensuring smooth transitions and updated documentation.
- Attend Tenant Inquiries: Act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns. Provide timely and professional responses to address tenant needs and maintain positive relationships.
- Handling Maintenance Reports: Receive and process maintenance requests from tenants. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing /Business Studies / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of process and procedures relating to tenancy management.
- Result oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independently & also collaborate in a team environment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Good understanding and command of English.
- Can read and write in Mandarin is a plus.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
