As a Customer Relationship Executive, you are responsible for developing customer relationships and ensuring our customers are receiving 7 Star Service from us. We are looking for someone who can think out of the box and turn our customer experience at Hiredly from great to excellent.

**Your day to day responsibilities include**:

- Working closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive
- Providing product support to customers
- Gathering overall feedback, studying the pattern, and identifying best practices
- Analysing and understanding customers’ problems and then propose compelling solutions
