**Job purpose**

**Duties and responsibilities**

Below are the job responsibilities for the account manager, however, the job is not solely limited to the below
- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- Develop positive relationship with clients
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients independently, without constant guidance.
- Drive new sales for DMS business lines, focusing on Projects and Events, and handle renewals with a self-driven approach.
- Conduct face-to-face training sessions or provide product details over the phone to clients.
- Gather client feedback, analyze it, and proactively implement strategies based on the feedback, demonstrating autonomous decision-making.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively, relying on independent problem-solving skills.
- Provide proactive analysis and generate reports to demonstrate sales performance and client satisfaction without constant supervision.
- Independently coordinate with clients to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Actively engage inself-directed market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors, demonstrating the ability to think on one's feet.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required), preferably in Marketing or International studies
- Experience as a Sales Manager
- Customer Service Certifications (preferable)

- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team (Important as this job is mainly Work From Home)
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities to foster trust and credibility with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in market research techniques and data analysis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: MYR 7,500 + Commission per month
