**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Work closely with Marketing & Promotion Department to develop loyalty app program event calendar, executing campaigns, events and communications strategies to increase member acquisition (loyalty app downloads & retention).
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams such as Marketing Communications, Customer Service Officers, and IT to ensure smooth operation of various CRM functions, and provide internal assistance for CRM-related issues.
- Drive engagement with members through malls’ events, workshops, member exclusive offers, and point redemption offers, with SMS, EDM and push notification.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign results by generating all CRM campaign reports relating to campaign & promotional programs performance of the app, to determine campaign strategies effectiveness.
- Manage database in compliance with data privacy regulations, and develop targeted promotions, content and activities based on database analytics findings.
- Work closely with IT team/ App Developer team to ensure smooth processing of various systems within the app and project deliveries.
- Attend to ad-hoc assignments when required.

**JOB SPECIFICATION**
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management, Loyalty App Management, Marketing & shopping mall related experience are added advantage.
- Experience in working with database, marketing communications and marketing campaigns will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft packages, particularly in Excel and Power Point.
- Good project management skill
- Demonstrate composure when under pressure and ability to work with efficiency at all levels
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure and mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to work independently and as a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Analytical-minded with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to assess market trends and competitor analysis to ensure competitiveness of loyalty program

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
