Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for an experienced customer relationship manager to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

**Experience**: 1- 5 Years

- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Follow up on customers to ensure they are satisfied with the product/service received.
- Mitigates account concerns or issues encountered, addresses problems in a timely manner, and applies judgement as to when and what to escalate up to senior-level colleagues.
Requirments and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of customer handling experience
- Self-motivated with a solutions-focused attitude
- Should be Fluent in English, Mandarin
- Pleasant Personality with the ability to understand client needs and also execute the same.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership qualities and always wanting to lead from the front, on values, deliverables, and innovation towards client delivery.
