Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, your primary objective is to drive our organization's commitment to providing exceptional 7-star service and solutions throughout the entire customer journey. We are seeking an innovative individual who can think outside the box and elevate the customer experience at Hiredly from great to excellent.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prioritize establishing high-quality engagement with employers through proactive callouts, including daily touchpoints (low response rates, guide them on effectively utilizing Hiredly's dashboard, gathering their feedback) and proactive low-response calls, to ensure strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Provide valuable industry and market insights to address niche positions, analyze and understand customers' challenges, and propose compelling solutions.
- Foster strategic collaboration with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and deliver seamless service.
- Work closely with Inside Sales and Strategic Account team for any employers enquiries.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under mínimal supervision, demonstrating strong productivity and time management skills.
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Polite and patient with excellent client-handling skills, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
- Proactive in assisting and supporting colleagues, displaying a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Confident in expressing opinions and providing valuable recommendations to contribute to the team's growth and improvement.
