The Customer Relationships Manager is responsible for building good relationship with customers, to execute marketing strategies, create and implement digital campaigns and secure and/or coordinate events for the Food & Beverages outlets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acquires and builds strong relationships and network with new, existing or regular customers.
- Responsible for executing various online marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and improve conversions for the outlets.
- Collaborates with the management team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns that effectively target the desired audience.
- Works closely with Sales Department to develop and grow the food & beverage business portfolio.
- To attend and collect customers’ feedback and comment for improvements on food & beverages qualities as well as services.
- Manages customer feedback through efficient follow-up.
- Assists Sales Department to market food & beverages outlets for events.
- Identifies and cultivates new business leads and opportunities, focusing on corporate events.
- Stays aware of market and industry trends.
- Conducts up-selling and negotiation with customers to maximise revenue/profit.
- Plans and implements event/party themes and to promote the ideas to customers.
- Works on any other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Services, Marketing or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Customer and goal oriented, independent and a team player.
- Good track records of handling events.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
- Familiar with market and industry trends.
- Must be able to work long hours, on weekend and public holidays when necessary.
