Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement, and all electronic hiring process.
- Handle HR administrative functions and participate in recruitment activities i.e. career fairs, career talk, etc.
- Demonstrate professional knowledge of the HR field to coordinate relevant resources and carry out the work of one or several modules such as recruitment, competency and qualification, people-job matching, and organization management of business departments.
- Assist in the process of reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies, plans, and processes in accordance with the Company’s direction and statutory requirements. Ensure legal compliance throughout the period of human resource management.
- Participate in process improvement activities and plans for HR Development.
- Ensure company documents compliance with the Employment Act and other relevant statutory requirements.
- Assist in the process of generating monthly payroll calculations and ensure compliance with the government authorities i.e. such as EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN.
- Prepare and participate in social and recreational activities to enhance the well-being of the employees to promote employees’ engagement.
- Provide HR advisory service to line functions and ensure all employment activities comply with various employment legislations.
- Prepare proposals or reports relevant to CSR programs and activities to support the company in achieving its vision and mission.
- Perform other routines of HR basic operations support when required.
Job Requirement & Skills:
- At least 5 or 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have professional knowledge in the business domain or HR domain.
- Well-rounded working knowledge of employment law, talent strategy, performance management, workforce planning, compensation etc.
- Able to work proactively and have a good sense of teamwork.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing personality and strong influence and impetus.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
