**Job Summary**
- The Procurement lead role is responsible to source the right products or services from the right supplier at the right price, covered with the right contractual obligation.- This role requires strategic ownership of all-encompassing category spend, developing strategies to reduce total cost of ownership - including vendor management, demand management, strategic sourcing and governance/compliance - to achieve initial TCO reduction and ongoing year-over-year improvements, utilizing an understanding of industry trends to inform the decision-making process. This role will work with the leadership team to set strategy, coordinate sourcing efforts and policy, and execute initiatives while mitigating risk exposures.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies for cost reduction, quality enhancement, and risk mitigation.
- Manage procurement activities including building supplier networks and staying updated on market conditions.
- Implement cost optimization initiatives and savings programs using quantity surveying principles.
- Utilize advanced cost analysis techniques for price benchmarking and cost-saving opportunities.
- Cultivate vendor relationships aligned with company objectives and cost-consciousness.
- Design and implement strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for procurement processes.
- Conduct supplier audits, evaluations, and risk assessments to maintain quality and cost standards.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement, preferably in a global company
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, quantity surveying, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications in procurement or quantity surveying are preferred
- Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience
- Proficiency in quantity surveying, cost analysis, and value engineering principles.
