**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- To be responsible for the day to day of HR operations and activities including Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Legal Compliance, Employee Relations & Counselling and payroll administration.
- To be responsible for the full spectrum of payroll (salary pay, statutory requirement and compliance to the local requirement).
- To ensure payroll records including statutory contributions are timely & accurately maintained according to legislation.
- To prepare payroll report and analysis including payroll audit as requested by the Authorities if required.
- To prepare HR letters, memos, correspondence and conduct induction program.
- To monitor and maintain employee personal records to ensure all information is updated and documented accurately.
- To coordinate all training registration, schedule, sourcing for training vendor, organize employee engagement activities
- To perform and ensure all daily HR operational issues/matters are handled and solve in accordance with HR policy and procedure.
- To handle staff disciplinary and grievance issues.
- To assist on HRMS administrative, time attendance & leave management by providing the monthly reports.
- To perform any other task as assigned by superior from time to time
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Payroll Administration, Microsoft Excel
- Proactive, decisive, people and result oriented
- Well versed with payroll calculation and HR practices
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
