Job Summary:
As a Protégé Human Resources (Recruitment), you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment efforts within the Human Resources department. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relation and human resources management. You will work closely with senior recruiters and HR professionals to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
3. Interview Coordination: Support the recruitment team in scheduling and coordinating interviews. Prepare interview materials and assist in the interview process as needed.
5. Reference Checks: Assist in conducting reference checks for potential hires, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements (confirmation, acceptance resignation, renewal contract and etc.).
8. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts by assisting in the creation of content for social media, career fairs, and other recruitment events.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments within the organization to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
10. Learning and Development: Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to develop a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, industry trends and HR policies.
11. Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is a plus.
- Initiative: Proactive and eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month
